Where Do We Ship?
Northern Cell Supplies currently ships within Canada only.
Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $450 CAD.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and are displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to carrier disruptions or weather conditions.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Warranty Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in like-new condition.
Accepted Returns:
- Unwanted/Not Needed Items: Must be unused and in original condition.
- Defective Items: Can be returned even if used, as long as they are still in like-new condition (no signs of physical damage).
Returns are NOT accepted if:
- The item has been installed, damaged, or modified.
- The return is requested after 30 days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Customers can choose between a refund or store credit for eligible returns.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
Warranty Policy (60 Days)
We stand by the quality of our parts and offer a 60-day warranty on all products, excluding physical damage.
What’s Covered?
- Manufacturer defects
- Non-functional parts that arrive DOA (dead on arrival)
- Issues that occur under normal use within 60 days
What’s NOT Covered?
- Physical damage, including:
- Cracks, dents, or major scratches
- Torn or damaged flex cables
- Signs of improper installation
Warranty Claim Process:
- Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue
- If the item is deemed defective under warranty, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
